Panel gaps look to be on par with the Cybertruck.

I thought the stunt was pretty cringe, but did its job from a marketing POV. A lot of controversy using a base 911, but you have to remember it’s probably closest in price to the top end Cybertruck that it was racing. Goddamn it’s fugly, probably takes the crown from the BMW XM!

They should just take all the small, obvious options that most people select (eg. electric folding mirrors, power steering, surround view parking.etc) and include them as standard. Increase the base price by £1000 / £1500 if the bean counters are worried about margins, but just don't make it...

It blows my mind that somebody at Porsche actually designed that abomination, then somebody tested it, and was finally signed off by the higher ups. Crazy. ?‍♂️

For the more day-to-day I settled on the slightly smaller FOIS Speedy. However, I did switch the handset out for the regular white ones. Best of both worlds! Absolutely, the value just isn't there. For similar money you could get a nice vintage Omega Genève, which look great and will last many...

Not sure I agree that the Purosangue looks like the Taycan CT. OP should probably visit Specsavers ? The design looks really nice imo. The only thing I can't get behind is the double logo at the front (same on the Roma). Really don't need the lower grill prancing horse! Admittedly I'm nitpicking.

Let's bear in mind that the render above was just mocked up by somebody in Photoshop, not by Porsche or an actual car designer. I can't imagine the front (especially the lower part) will look like that. The proportions look way off, with the bonnet lip being too high.

Not sure I’d drop €2750 on a digital / smart watch, an item that’ll be outdated within a year. I recognise there’s a certain amount of irony that I’d be totally fine spending magnitudes more on an antiquated mechanical watch :like:

Seiko 5 is an excellent choice. The Tissot PRX 40 (35mm Quartz) as a nice option, too. Makes me regret selling my Oysterquartz a few years ago!

This is where the whole industry will go. Tesla have been doing similar for years. From a manufacturing standpoint it makes sense. Less hardware variation, the easier / cheaper it becomes.

GS are stunning, but dammit, I wish they would make smaller watches. Their design would look amazing in 36 - 38mm.
