There is certainly a bit of a collapse on demand for EVs which is sad to see. In the UK I saw the first 0% finance offer from a manufacturer that I have seen in ages. From Cupra (sun brand of vw group) for their EV the Born. Which is a great car.
We have a Cupra Born. I really really like it. Ok the infotainment isn’t that great (well publicised id3 unit) but the best compliment I can pay it is I really don’t mind getting into it straight after the Taycan.
We just took delivery of a Cupra Born V3. Early indications are it’s a great little EV. It’s on the same vw platform as the id3 but a much more engaging drive than the id3. Much sharper handling and styling and very punchy 0-50mph.
Hi there. I’m a fair bit older than you and have been thro a far few cars in my 20s - 40s and I would definately say a 380bhp car that handles well is leagues above a 500bhp car that accelerates quicker but handles like poo. So if you can’t stretch to the Taycan and the only reason to consider...
