Will you test drive the Mercedes EQS?

I agree. They must not have been aiming for a truly spacious 4-seat sedan when it came to the aft section.

Will you test drive the Mercedes EQS?

Amazing. Fortunately, I'm very happy with my Taycan, so it's not like I need to find another car.

Will you test drive the Mercedes EQS?

I'd buy this in a nanosecond:

    2021 Taycan Review Motortrend

It's a valid point. I have done a few road trips that were mainly superhighway miles, but the vast majority of my mileage has been "combined" driving. In the stop-and-go, around town, I typically don't try to get to the next obvious stop at maximum speed. However, on the express routes with...

    2021 Taycan Review Motortrend

Chiming in with a third Taycan (a Turbo) over 3.8, at over 5800 miles. I like to use kWh/100 miles, for more resolution. Mine's 26.4 and falling (will probably soon rise with cold weather on the horizon).

    Now this is a Porsche!

Kind of an attractive peek at the sun-soaked mountains behind the shops, too. You've got it all right there.

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

... no test drive ...which is the reason I eliminated Tesla from the list of potential EV choices for my (then) next purchase. Went and test drove the Taycan, an etron (not GT, which didn't exist then), and a very nicely appointed top-trim vegan IPACE. Tesla where? None locally for test. End of...

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

I charged my Turbo to 95%, and rolled down to 14% on my Mission Es (taking my powered charge ports along for the ride, lol), showing 290 actual miles on the Since Charging Trip meter. It was mostly pretty casual driving around town, a couple of launches, maybe 20% highway at 75mph, maybe 70% in...

    Taycan vs RS

As a lowly Turbo owner (no "S" here, despite carwow erroneously printing that on the Taycan's column in this video's stat sheet at 2:18), I found this fun and satisfying to watch with captions. I'll have to try the audio later. These cars have essentially very similar performance, as expected...

Upvoted for the Robocop reference, and I agree about the sinfully ugly design.

CARIAD: Where Porsche's future software will come from

From the web site: Following the founding of the company and its setup last year, the focus in 2021 is on operationalization. In addition to developing feature updates over the lifecycle of vehicles based on the MEB modular electric drive platform, the Group’s volume platform, CARIAD is working...
