The Sea-Dweller is a chunky boy. But at least you’d be getting a Rolex at retail. If it doesn’t fit your wrist I suppose you could flip it without taking a hit? Would buying the watch bump you up on a waitlist at the AD for a Sub?
Agree with this to an extreme degree. And it’s not like Mercedes doesn’t know how to build good-looking cars, just look at some of their coupés. I wish they’d let their EVs take a few .01’s of a hit in the Cd value and made them look a little sportier.
Going from an EV Porsche to an ICE Audi seems to me like a backwards move. But if it is a dream car for you then all logical arguments are irrelevant and the decision can only be one based on emotion
Not a huge fan of the whole muscle car ethos, but if this can move the Overton window further towards EV adoption among that crowd, I’d welcome it with open arms. ?
Agreed. I’m not a big fan of that Elon guy, but without Tesla the legacy brands would still probably be dragging their feet with regard to the EV transition.
Agreed! I think it should also be without controversy to say that carbon dioxide is the main culprit of anthropogenic global warming. Maybe it’s the fault of misinformation or contrarianism that this isn’t the case.
Got to mention this here, I know it's just a concept vehicle but it looks way rad and the idea of a hydrogen-EV hybrid drive train sounds interesting.
