After charging to 98% for the first time, I was irritated and slightly annoyed to see that the range only shows 298 miles. No where near the 400 miles that I was expecting.
can anyone tell me if this will improve with battery use. Or have we all been sold a lie?
I don’t know if I’m doing this correctly, but I have a tracker monitor fitted. I have ditched the key and use the digital key on my phone, but I take the fob with the house keys with me when I go out in the car.
My thinking is that a thief would need to steal the fob and the phone to avoid...
I’m tried Waze briefly, but it didn’t show directions on the HUD, whereas Google maps did, which is a nice surprise, because in my RRS, only the JLR sat nav would show info on the HUD.
When using the Porsche SatNav it wasn’t showing any speed camera locations (not that I was speeding! ). I looked through all the settings but couldn’t seem to find a way of doing it.
can anyone help?
Having just had my Car delivered, I have and will have no end of questions about the display etc, as the software is pretty incredible, but initially complicated to find a way round it.
First question is how can I turn the lane assist off. I can’t stand the thing, especially on B Roads.

No I don’t. I’ll just turn the radio up. 😂 some road surfaces are worse than others. And I probably noticed it more because I jumped out of a RRS and went straight into the Cayenne.
Yes, collected it on Friday, and am very pleased with it. The power is awesome, and glad I didn’t go for the turbo. In my opinion, it’s really not necessary.
It goes round corners like it’s on rails and the ride is pretty good.
There is a lot more road noise than the RRS, but that’s a small...
My 23 plate RRS is a fantastic vehicle, it’s been totally reliable and I can’t fault it, - BUT , and it’s a big but, I just want a car that is a bit more fun, one that makes me smile. Before the RRS I had an Audi SQ7 which I loved, and to date has probably been the best car I have ever had for...
That’s great to hear ashP. My S is about a week away and I can’t wait, especially after reading your report. I’ve only had a quick test drive in the standard electric, so not experienced the S.
It’s my first Porsche, after moving away from a Range Rover Sport plug in hybrid.
Hoping I won’t be...
