When they wanted to buy VW, they renamed P. AG into P.SE, created a new Porsche AG that owned the car fabrication. VW bought the new P.AG, and the ex-P.SG-new-P.SE bought the majority of VW.

Yet, I very rarely need the rear seats now. A smaller vehicle, a bit more nimble in the hills/Alps, would be nice.
But a change is not in the short run plan, Taycan it is for now indeed.
